A proud mom of two, she’s basically a real-life superwoman who somehow manages to balance being a boss, a mom, and the person we all run to when things get tricky. Her kind heart, endless patience, and ability to lead with both strength and grace leave us all in awe (and maybe just a little jealous of her superpowers). She’s the rock of our SoCo family, and we’d be lost without her magic touch!

Assistant Manager CS

A true powerhouse, she’s equal parts leader, mentor, and creative force of nature. As one of our most requested team members, she masterfully balances being everyone’s go-to stylist while also guiding new team members, taking them under her wing, and setting them up for success.

Her leadership shines in every aspect, from crafting gorgeous styles to fostering a sense of teamwork that makes SoCo College Station feel like home. Hardworking, endlessly talented, and just the right amount of chaotic, she keeps us inspired, laughing, and always striving to be our best. General Manager Magnolia

With passion, precision, and an unwavering dedication to excellence, she’s the heartbeat of our Magnolia location, ensuring every SoCo experience is truly unforgettable. Her unmatched attention to detail, combined with her deep expertise in stylist education and retail, sets a gold standard that inspires both her team and clients alike. Fiercely committed to making every client feel empowered and beautiful, she brings heart, edge, and an unrelenting drive to everything she does. The hardest worker we know, she’s not just a stylist—she’s the stylist clients practically fight to book with. Balancing it all with calm consistency, she delivers flawless results and always greets everyone with a smile.

As a leader, she leads by example, showing her team what it means to succeed with grace and dedication. Whether staying late, lending a hand, or ensuring every client feels like royalty, she’s the dependable rock her team looks up to.

Lead Stylist

Primarily based at our Magnolia location, Sarah is the ultimate jack-of-all-trades, but you’ll find her lending her magic touch at all SoCo locations. As a lead stylist, she’s a go-to for training, marketing, and somehow keeping up with all the crazy ideas and projects our owner, Stephanie, dreams up (and trust us, there are a lot).

But Sarah isn’t just the one who helps keep the wheels turning—she’s the calm in the storm, the one we all turn to when we need guidance or a little extra support. With her boundless kindness, patience, and an uncanny ability to stay collected amidst chaos, she’s not just a leader; she’s a rock for both her team and Stephanie. (Let’s be real—wrangling Stephanie’s personal life is practically a superpower.)

There’s only one Sarah, and we couldn’t imagine SoCo without her. Her dedication, love, and unshakable support have made her an irreplaceable part of our story—and we are so lucky to call her ours!
